International Aisle

I like walking down the international aisle at the grocery store… you can find some interesting things. Lately I sampled a couple of Korean drinks:

Milkis soda

Milk soda! As odd as it sounds it was actually okay. The label states, “New feeling of soda beverage” and “Fantastic feel!”

But my new favorite is:

Aloe juice drinkAloe juice dring

Aloe Vera juice! It is very refreashing and tastes kind of like melon or white grape juice and it has tasty aloe bits floating in it. I’ve grown so attached to it that my wife has taken to buying 1-liter bottles for me when she goes shopping!

So if you get a sunburn, you could just pour that juice all over it & be healed in no time!

Speaking of juices, ever try Pomagranate juice? It’s really good. I prefer the pomagranate/cherry blend which reminds me of this jamaca (I think that’s what it is called) mexican hot/cold punch that’s usually made around the holidays…. pretty good stuff!

(I usually buy it at Nob Hill)
